SCHOOL VISIT

You are most welcome to visit the school and have an informal discussion. A meeting can also be arranged with the Principal or Admission Incharge.

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION

  • An application for registration is the first stage of the admission process.
  • A registration fee must be paid along with the application so that the student’s name may be registered for the year and class for which admission is sought.
  • The fee is neither refundable nor adjustable and it is valid only for the specified academic year.
  • Registration of the child is not a guarantee for the admission.

REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
1. Passport size photo of student with parent.
2. Single passport size photo of student.
3. Transfer Certificate (T.C) original.
4. Report Card of previous class
5. Adhaar Card copy of student
6. Adhaar Card copy of parent
7. Caste Certificate if (OBC/SC/ST)
8. Serving Certificate (Only for Army person presently in service)
9. Birth Certificate issued by Nagar Nigam (only for Nursery to UKG)

REQUIREMENTS AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION
1.Single passport size photo of student.
2.Single passport size photo of mother.
3.Single passport size photo of father.

CLASS-WISE AGE ELIGIBILITY

For primary classes, students are generally enrolled in CBSE schools between the ages of 6 to 11 years, while for secondary classes, students are enrolled between the ages of 12 to 16 years. For Senior Secondary classes, students are generally enrolled between the ages of 17 to 18 years.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASS XI REGISTRATION

  • A student must necessarily have obtained a minimum average of 70% in all examinations conducted by the school. This includes Half Yearly & Annual Assessment of Class IX and Half Yearly & Pre-board of Class X.
  • Please note that this is a pre requisite to appear for the Aptitude Assessment to be conducted at our school.
  • Those selected will be expected to join school in April after completion of their Board examination.
  • A copy of the Board Mark sheet, Pass certificate, Migration Certificate (if not from CBSE Board) and Transfer Certificate are mandatory documents and will have to be submitted soon after the declaration of the Board result, failing which the admission stands cancelled.
  • Please note that the registration fee is neither transferable nor refundable.

REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED ON

  • Submission of a certified copy of the child's original birth certificate
  • Payment of the registration fee.

Offline Process for Registration
Step 1: You can collect Registration form with prospectus from school account office.
Or
You can download the Application form 20 November.
Step 2: The form should be filled in by the parents in their own handwriting.
Step 3: Along with the form, the above-mentioned documents should also be attached.
Step 4: Submit the filled application form from 20 November 2023 at the account office of school.

Online Process for Registration

Step 2: Fill in each field of the form carefully. Do not leave any field blank
Step 3: Along with the form, the above mentioned documents should also be attached.
Step 4: After completing the Application form, click on the ‘SUBMIT’ button. A Unique Form Number will be generated. Take a printout/ screenshot for reference and quote this Unique Form Number for all further correspondence with the school.
