CBSE and Ms Madhu Vats, a renowned Environmentalist were the special guests, Dr Sarojini Agarwal, Chairperson, Dr O.P Agarwal Chairman and Dr Himani Agarwal, Managing Director of the school, Principals and renowned dignitaries of the city were present to witness the extravaganza.
The programme was inaugurated with the cordial welcome accorded by Madam Principal Mrs Anita Tripathi to the distinguished guests for the event. The lighting of the lamp ceremony was closely commenced by the humble hands of the honourable Chief Guest, esteemed Guest of Honour, special guest of the evening, revered Management and respected Madam Principal. The Invocation reverberated the premises with the sweet and divine Ganesh Vandana. Acquainting the audience with the progress and achievements of the year the Annual school report was presented by the observant reporter of the school in the most innovative manner. The Ballet ‘Dhara-Ek Dhatri” was presented by the students depicting the journey of Dhara (mother Earth) The play beautifully portrayed the real menace created on the earth affecting nature. The amalgamation of five elements, the importance of natural resources and their sustainable use was the major concern of the ballet. Tiny toddlers of the KG wing unveiled the gifts of nature by dancing on a Bumble Bee. The event further unfolded its centre of attraction with dance forms of all four religions displaying the bond of brotherhood among the Indians. The primary graders permeated everyone with an indomitable spirit. The fiesta further proceeded with the dance form of Maharashtra and Kashmir highlighting unity in diversity and infusing love among the humans. The miraculous words by the Chief Guest brimmed up the students with the ripples of never-ending inspirational warmth. The grandeur and splendour took over the stage with the Grand Finale when the vibrant dance forms dipped in Rajasthani tints and tones were showcased. The insight shared by the Guest of Honour and the special guest proved to be a source of inspiration for the august gathering. The event culminated with heartfelt gratitude extended by Madam Principal.
