Rules For Leave
ABSENCE & LEAVE
- The Parents/Guardian are responsible for ensuring their child's punctuality and regular attendance in school except in case of illness or unavoidable Circumstances.
- A leave application should be submitted by the Parents/Guardians in advance when their ward is absent.
- Under unforeseen circumstances, the leave application should be submitted on the day when students report back.
- Medical leave should be justified by submitting a 'Medical Certificate' along with the leave application.
- 75% attendance is compulsory for every student, to be eligible for appearing in Annual/Board Exams.
- Short leave or 'Half Day' will be sanctioned only after the submission of signed or a written request by the Parents/ Guardians that too in case of only due to unforeseen emergency.
- Only Parents / Authorized Person/Guardians are allowed to take the child from school.
